Good to know when booking…
Rental period:
Weekend – from Friday afternoon 3 p.m. to Sunday evening 8 p.m.
Long weekend – from Friday afternoon 3 pm to Monday morning 10 am
Midweek – from Monday afternoon 3 p.m. to Friday morning 10 a.m.
Week – from Friday afternoon 3 pm to Friday morning 10 am or from Monday afternoon 3 p.m. to Monday morning 10 a.m
The above are the standard periods, we also offer other periods that deviate from this.
Cancellation insurance:
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance immediately after your booking. This can be done through your own bank or insurer.
The rent includes:
Use of WiFi in all houses, playground, play house, go-karts, sports and game facilities. Also cleaning, electricity, gas, water and heating, administration costs (These are the additional costs as stated on our price list) and municipal taxes.
Not included in the rent:
Bed linen can be rented, this also applies to towels and kitchen linen.
Pets:
Maximum 1 per house and must be notified prior to arrival. There are costs involved. Dogs on a leash in the park and walked outside the park
Complaints/disputes:
A problem can arise during every holiday. We, Vincent and Angelique, are happy to help you solve this. We are available by telephone 24 hours a day. Telephone numbers and address details of the local dentist, general practitioner, etc. can also be found in all houses.
If there is anything wrong with the house during your stay or you have a question or comment, please feel free to report this. This way we can find a suitable solution together.
General terms and conditions of Kleilutte:
- Erve Kleilutte reserves the right to refuse reservations or to impose special conditions without giving reasons.
- Only people over 25 years old can make a reservation and parties consisting of young people and/or groups that want to party (noisily) are not allowed.
- The use of a music system is not permitted in the houses and in the park.
- Sleep must be respected between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m.; think of your neighbors!
- Cars must drive at walking pace in the park.
- Smoking is prohibited in the playhouse and in the houses.
- BBQ is available at each house (charcoal) for free use, please clean after use.
- Fire basket can be used until 10 p.m. Wood for sale at reception.
- Visits only after consultation and must be reported in advance. There are costs involved.
- Large numbers of visitors are not allowed.
- Kleilutte will send you a written confirmation, which you must check for accuracy. You must report any inaccuracies to us.
- The tenant is not permitted to rent or allow the accommodation to be used by third parties.
- Price discounts and/or offers can no longer be used if the confirmation has already been sent by us.
- The tenant must pay the first deposit within 8 days of receiving the confirmation. The second payment (remaining amount) must be paid no later than 10 weeks before arrival of your stay.
- If payment is not made on time, after a reminder note, Kleilutte reserves the right to cancel your reservation. You then owe us cancellation costs.
- The tenant must leave the accommodation broom clean (no dirty dishes, remove bed linen, clean the kitchen, garbage in the waste container)
- The tenant and those accompanying the tenant are jointly and severally liable for damage due to breakage and/or loss and/or damage to inventory and/or accommodation. Possibly damage must be reported immediately by the tenant and reimbursed.
- If a reservation is cancelled, cancellation costs are due. These amounts are 30% of the total costs for a cancellation up to 10 weeks before the day of arrival. In case of cancellation from 10 weeks before arrival or later, the total costs/agreed rent will be charged. You can insure yourself against this risk by taking out cancellation insurance at the same time as your reservation.
- Erve Kleilutte accepts no liability for theft, loss or damage of or to property or persons, of any nature whatsoever, during or as a result of a stay at our park and/or the rental/use of accommodation and/or other facilities. Unless there is gross negligence on our part.
